Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal:

Return Policy

Return Period: Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. If the returned items do not meet these requirements, costs cannot be refunded.
  • Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact and present.
  • Items that cannot be resold due to wear and tear, odors (perfume, smoke, sweat, etc.), or damage are excluded from returns.

Return Process:

  • Customers must submit a return request before returning an item.
  • Information such as order number, item name, and reason for the return is required.
  • The return is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or was delivered incorrectly; in that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Return information and instructions will be provided after the return request is approved.

Refund:

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned items, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless an alternative agreement is reached.
  • Shipping costs are generally not refunded unless the error is on the seller's part.

Exceptions:

  • Some items may be excluded from returns. This will be clearly stated in the product descriptions.

Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Period: Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason.

Withdrawal Form:

  • Customers can exercise their right of withdrawal through a clear statement, such as a withdrawal form or a written declaration via email.
  • The withdrawal statement should be sent to: nesa@nesthetics-shop.com.
  • A sample withdrawal statement may be used: "I hereby withdraw (Your Name) from the contract for the purchase of the following goods (Item Number/Item Name) from the order (Order Number). Ordered on (Order Date), Address (Your Delivery Address), Date."

Consequences of Withdrawal:

  • In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services already rendered must be returned.
  • Customers must return the goods promptly, but no later than 7 days after sending the withdrawal.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • If the ordered items are faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at nesa@nesthetics-shop.com. After contacting us, you will receive a return label from us.

Refund:

  • After receiving the returned goods, the seller will refund the payments made within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless an alternative agreement is made.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

  • Some items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal (e.g., personalized products, perishable goods, sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons).
  • Digital content not delivered on a physical medium may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Note: The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods unless the seller has agreed to cover these costs (e.g., in the case of a faulty or incorrect item).
