Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland. Exact shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process and are based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the ordered items. Customers can choose between standard shipping with DPD or Austrian Post (excluding Switzerland). The following flat rates are calculated per order:

Austria:

  • Standard shipping - DPD: €4.10
  • Standard shipping - Post: €4.95
  • Free shipping within Austria for orders over €70.

Germany:

  • Standard shipping - DPD: €9.95
  • Standard shipping - Post: €11.95
  • Free shipping within Germany for orders over €100.

Switzerland:

  • Standard shipping - DPD: €14.95
  • Free shipping within Switzerland for orders over €150.

Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Netherlands:

  • Standard shipping - DPD: €12.45
  • Standard shipping - Post: €16.95
  • Free shipping within Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, and Netherlands for orders over €150.

France, Italy, Poland, Sweden:

  • Standard shipping - DPD: €14.95
  • Standard shipping - Post: €16.95
  • Free shipping within France, Italy, Poland, and Sweden for orders over €150.

Finland, Portugal, Spain:

  • Standard shipping - DPD: €28.95
  • Standard shipping - Post: €18.95

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the availability of items and the delivery location. Typically, the delivery time is 2 to 7 business days after order confirmation.

4. Delivery and Receipt

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Changing the delivery address after placing the order may not be possible. The customer is obliged to check the delivery for external damages upon receipt and report any damages or defects to the supplier immediately.

5. Delays and Exceptions

In rare cases, such as unforeseen events or force majeure, deliveries may be delayed. In such cases, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

6. Partial Deliveries

For orders with multiple items, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries to ensure prompt delivery. This does not affect the shipping costs.

7. Shipment Tracking

8. Customs Fees

For deliveries to certain countries (e.g., Switzerland), additional customs fees, import taxes, and handling fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer. These fees vary by country and should be checked by the customer before placing an order. Please note that we have no control over these fees and cannot include them in the total price of your order. Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import fees that may arise. We recommend checking with your country's customs authorities for applicable regulations before placing your order.
